Redeux Sale

Sellers Hoosier Style Cabinet 1930's
Have you ever wondered what happened to all the wonderful furniture pieces that remained after your favorite furniture store or antique shop closed? I have. You may have wondered where that Sellers Hoosier style cabinet, oak chest of drawers or Victorian rocker wound up. As Paul Harvey would have said, "here's the rest of the story".

When Redeux closed there were several pieces that I simply was not ready to part with. Some I had brought back to their former beauty and some were real historical pieces. All have wonderful life stories.

Now that the Redhead and I have made some decisions about our future (all good!) it is time to "let the children go off on their own", so to speak. I will part with some of my special Redeux Treasures.

This coming Friday and Saturday, April 11th and 12th 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. I will be having the first of two Redeux Garage Sales, 1124 North Benson Road, Fairfield. Ah, just like the old days. Furniture, art, books, decorator small accessories and more will be featured. Also, you will have the chance to put a "Sold" tag on some items that will be available after Easter, May 2nd and 3rd 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. You may call 203-254-2017 for details.

So, we hope to see you at the Redeux Garage: 1124 North Benson Rd. Fairfield (across from Fairfield University). Come browse and pick up that special treasure or just stop by to say hello. We'd love to see you again.
